Can pet owners find you online?

Clinics are now getting up to 50% of their new clients via their websites. How many are you getting, and can people find you in the first place online? The steps to finding this out are:

- get a website – 40% of clinics still do not have a website

- check the common search terms ie “Malvern vet” or “Soho vet” – are you coming up on that list and are you first?

- To improve your listing consider Google Maps (a free service), Key word research (finding out what pet owners are searching for) and Website Content (is it tailored to the key word search terms pet owners are using?)
