Recently, it's come to our attention that a lot of you are receiving pressure from Yellow Pages reps about purchasing Yellow Pages online services. We've been asked by several of our clients what our view is about the role of Yellow Pages online. In summary, our response is:

When investing in online activities, the most important thing to consider first is whether pet owners can find your clinic website via Google. In achieving this, the most important investment to make is in your website, focussing on how well it is found on Google. Other directories are a distraction.
